Single Tenant Retail Criteria:

Large corporate tenants and/or franchisees with strong financials.
High sales volume locations.
Signalized corner locations preferable.
Major metro or secondary suburban locations with strong growth.
Good ingress and egress.
Purchase Price of $1MM to $20MM.
Long term leases are not required.
